It definitely is; to be adored! The whimsical outfits that Alexa Chung would be proud of, are delightfully childish, as if designed for a 5 year old. However, with injections of vintage prints and grown up tailoring, the collections exude effortless chic. Well done TBA!

Ambitious People are Never Satisfied...

It has come up to a point where I've had plenty of time to re-evaluate my life. Having graduated this June, I am now searching for full time employment. But I didn't quiet realise just how difficult it is. Few interviews have come and gone, but I decided weren't quiet right. It's difficult. We all want the right job, in an appealing location, at a reputable company with the right pay, but I don't feel I'm being picky. I just want a design position in or around London. How hard is it to find? Extremely actually since it seems London is the place everyone want to be.

I am extremely ambitious and passionate about what I do, always dreaming of the future when I'll design inspiring spaces in galleries/museums/stores etc. So why has no-one realised my potential yet? How am I suppose to get a job when 2years experience after uni is required, and work experience positions are extremely limited. I am not happy right now. I know that position is somewhere out there, but unlike others, I haven't been lucky to find it. It's a shame that my skills and enthusiasm in the field are not being utilised.

Isn't it delightful that we have such a thing as Asos? Fast, reliable and most importantly up-to date with all the current trends, Asos continues to amaze me with it's wonderfully affordable copies of the 'real fashion gems', my pockets sadly can't afford. Big thumbs up Asos. You continue to delight.

Tom Ford comes to Harrods

So Tom Ford has opened a boutique at Harrods, and I am pretty excited for my next visit to see the pieces in real. Harrods is one of my favourite locations in London, and getting lost in the high luxury emporium, amongst Ford's glamorous 40's inspired garments is going to be a fun day out!

Prada Affair

So, my last year at university has pretty much revolved around my love for retail design and one brand in particular - Prada. I completed a dissertation on their brandscaping techniques and am now working on a real project, with a site based at Bond Street. My plan is to create a Prada Epicentre in London, so the task is, how do i transform the essence of the brand into a interior space? The SS11 Campaign Video is giving me some inspiration so check it out. The tune by Ratatat is vibrant, just like the collection!

Asos is launching this new mini collection which will be available online from Feb - May. The minimalist pieces are inspired by 50's shapes and come in dusky hues teamed with ladylike accessories. Simply gorgeous! Can't wait to see the full line.
